There are moments when a wine is more than a product – when it tells of landscapes, makes the wind tangible, and lets lime crunch under your fingers. The Mini Collection ZELLERTAL has now come to fruition: the expansion of our winery to include sites in the cool, mineral-rich Zellertal. With them, a new contrast enters the structure of our wines. To the warm, rich Bechtheim sites, a cool, precise peak is now added – carried by the wind, permeated by freshness and shaped by pure limestone. The sites are higher, more exposed to the cooling influence, and follow a different rhythm of ripening: slower, finer, more nuanced. This different way of growing and ripening brings a new dimension to the wines. They gain tension and clarity without losing their depth. It is a quiet, almost self-evident elegance that emerges here – characterized by calm, serenity and a special radiance. STEINSCHATZ is our village wine from Zellertal, from Mölsheim. Limestone-influenced. A Riesling that doesn't have to be loud to make an impression – but convinces with fine depth, origin and character.
