Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

1.1. Right of Withdrawal

In the case of a distance contract or a contract concluded off-premises, consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them, who is not the carrier, in the case of a purchase contract, takes possession of the goods; in the case of a contract for several goods that the consumer has ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, takes possession of the last goods; in the case of a contract for the delivery of a good in several partial shipments or pieces, takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, consumers must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about their decision to withdraw from this contract. Consumers can use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, which is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for consumers to send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

1.2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If consumers withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to them all payments received from them, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs arising from consumers choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about their decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as consumers used for the initial transaction, unless they have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will consumers incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or consumers have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. Consumers shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which they inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if consumers send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. Consumers shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The costs for goods that cannot be sent by parcel post are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 150.00. Consumers only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functioning.
