For us, Chardonnay means a glass full of fine pineapple, almonds, tobacco notes, and subtle wood. On the palate, it also shows great balance between creaminess, wood, wonderful fruit like pineapple and orange, a hint of vanilla, and fine earthy undertones. Long, powerful finish with much elegance. Matured in 500-liter tonneaux and with the influence of a small proportion of 225-liter oak barriques, this division results in a great balance.

A full-bodied Chardonnay with character: shaped by a portion of older vines and partially aged in wood. On the nose, juicy fruit combined with fine roasted aromas. On the palate, dense, harmonious, and with a beautiful creaminess, supported by a pleasantly balanced freshness.
Chardonnay – a stylish all-rounder, perfect for those who enjoy experimenting with food. Its richness and subtle roasted aromas make it a great match for dishes that combine creaminess, roasted notes, and freshness. It's particularly strong with pasta with browned butter, sage, and toasted hazelnuts, or a creamy lemon risotto variation with Parmesan – the wine picks up on the texture while providing enough freshness to prevent it from becoming too heavy. If you're looking for something a bit more refined: grilled cauliflower or broccoli with tahini, lemon, and a crunchy topping. The roasted notes of the vegetables pair perfectly with the oak aging, while the citrus notes in the dish enhance the wine's freshness. It also works well in a street food vibe: a chicken sandwich with crispy skin, a brioche bun, and a slightly lemony mayonnaise, or tacos with grilled fish and creamy avocado – the Chardonnay easily keeps up and brings enough structure without dominating. In short: anything creamy, slightly roasted, and with a kick of freshness is a hit here. Or even simpler: if you think "wow, this is really juicy and a bit fancy" while eating, this wine is almost certainly a perfect match.
