Shipping policy

1. Delivery Terms/Shipping Costs

1.1. We deliver within Germany, including the islands.
1.2. Delivery dates specified by the customer in their order are subject to our confirmation to be valid.
1.3. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after receipt of the payment order by the transferring bank, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends at the end of the final day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, such a day shall be replaced by the next working day.
1.4. Delivery shall take place no later than 5 days after the start of the delivery period.
1.5. Packaging and shipping costs shall be invoiced and shown separately. The exact costs are set out in the product description. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery charges are:
1.5.1. Within Germany
1.5.1.1. 1–11 bottles: €8.00
1.5.1.2. Delivery is free of charge for orders of 12 bottles or more

 

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver on a prepayment basis.
2.2. Unless otherwise agreed, we accept the following methods of payment:
2.2.1. Bank transfer
2.2.2. Prepayment
2.2.3. Credit card / PayPal
2.2.4. Invoice (for regular customers)
2.3. Unless otherwise agreed, our invoices are payable without deduction no later than 14 days after receipt of goods.
