The Mini Collection ZELLERTAL has now been realized: the expansion of our winery to include sites in the cool, mineral-rich Zellertal. With them, a new contrast enters the structure of our wines. The warm, rich Bechtheim sites are now joined by a cool, precise peak - carried by wind, permeated by freshness, and shaped by pure limestone. The sites are higher, more exposed to cooling influences, and follow a different rhythm of ripening: slower, finer, more nuanced. This different kind of growth and ripening brings a new dimension to the wines. They gain tension and clarity without losing their depth. It is a quiet, almost natural elegance that emerges here - characterized by calm, serenity, and a special radiance. Nineteen Fifty, planted in 1950, a wine with character and soul - shaped by 75 years of deep roots. The old vines give this Riesling an inner calm and complexity that you can taste immediately.
