Incredibly delicate and fruity, with spice and lots of expression. On the palate, in addition to peach and apricot notes, it is filled with minerality, full of finesse, and a juicy interplay between fruity sweetness and refreshing acidity. Long and fine aftertaste. A natural talent that is only at the beginning of its development but is already so delicious. Sweetness can also be wonderfully delicate. The grapes for our Riesling Spätlese come from the Bechtheimer Geyersberg site. The south-facing, wind-protected terraces where our vines grow produce wines of particular power, fruit, and richness every year. The Geyersberg site was already mentioned in documents around 1500 under the name "ym nesten geierßbuhl". The animals actually gave it its name. A long time ago, the mountain was covered in forest and birds of prey nested there.
