Taut Riesling! Of our single-site Rieslings, this is the coolest version. Fine vine peach, mint, minerality, and a hint of verbena. Both a mineral structure and juicy white fruits are reflected in the taste, with a certain salinity. Beautiful acidity and an extremely long finish. There are different interpretations of the name of the single site "Hasensprung": Either the name comes from the Middle High German word "spring/sprung" and means spring. Or the site name refers to the animal hare, which stands for fertility. Our vines in Hasensprung have developed deep roots here to access water.

A solitaire from the cool Hasensprung site, harvested golden yellow and carefully vinified.
The vibrancy of this wine, paired with its delicate juiciness and minerality, makes it a fantastic accompaniment to classic bouillabaisse, but it's also a perfect partner for pasta vongole or gambas à la plancha.
