Rich ripe pineapple, pear, quince and honeydew melon, the wine is reminiscent of small blossoms. Clear intensity with playful Riesling acidity in a wonderfully lively exchange. The Geyersberg site was already mentioned in documents around 1500 under the name "ym nesten geierßbuhl". The animals here are indeed the namesake. A long time ago, the mountain was forested and birds of prey nested there.

Große Süße, große Spannung. Dicht und konzentriert am Gaumen, dabei nie schwer oder behäbig. Die präzise Rieslingsäure gibt Zug, Frische und eine fast tänzelnde Leichtigkeit. Ein edelsüßer Riesling mit enormer Präsenz, langem Nachhall und richtig viel Klasse.
Eine Königin für den edelsüßen Moment – großartig zu Foie Gras und kräftigem Blauschimmelkäse, aber auch zu fruchtigen Desserts mit Aprikose, Birne oder exotischen Früchten. Und eigentlich fast am schönsten: gut gekühlt ganz für sich als besonderer Abschluss eines Menüs.
